If you are missing languages (or only have a few), go to your phones settings, VOICE INPUT & OUTPUT SETTINGS, TEXTTOSPEECH SETTINGS. Click on Install voice data and pick all the Pico TTS languages that you want. There is English, English (UK), French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
