You might experience your ring tone become very soft so you couldnt answer phone calls.
This application would prevent that happenning again.
First set up volume levels and fix, install home screen widget to use. Volume mode will change off->on->vibrate in turns by pressing widget at a time.
set to ON will fix volume.
