Hide SMS, MMS, contacts, calls and block calls. Block and change notifications, customize notifications for private messages with your own text and icon. Works with Handcent, ChompSMS and Go SMS.

You can select any application as disguise, Horizon has a widget that will look like that.
To start Horizon: Touch the widget and then shake Your phone. If You dont shake it, the selected disguise application will start. If you shake it right, Horizon will open. If thats not enough, you can also set a password.
