Educational Fun With the ABCs

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if your kids could learn the ABCs in a way they think is great fun?

They can - with our Kids ABC Letters game! Why? We specialize in educational games with the fun built right into them.

This delightful game invites children to listen and learn the ABCs in ways that enchant them.

Lets do the rest of the description in a question-and-answer form.

• What will my kids learn?
With Kids ABC Letters, your kids will learn the letter names and will practice letter shapes, letter recognition, and finding letters in context.

• What wont my kids learn?

Kids ABC Letters does not teach your kids the phonetic sounds that the letters actually make. Knowing how the letters are pronounced is a separate educational goal, which is covered in a separate upcoming game, called Kids Phonics. Including it in Kids ABC Letters would make the game too complex to invite and delight children.

• What activities are included in this game?

The game has four wonderfully child-friendly sections.

1. Naming Letters. A delightfully simple way for kids to learn what the letters of the alphabet look like and what they’re called. There are no frills to distract the child. The letter names are spoken while the upper and lower case letters are displayed. Kids can tap on the letters to verify that they’ve learned the names correctly.

2. Forming Letters. Kids get to practice remembering what the letters look like by sliding colorful puzzle pieces into place that make up the shapes of the letters.

3. Recognizing Letters. Children get to play a fun game where they help the cat catch fish with letters on their sides as they swim by. By the time kids are done, they know the appearance and pronunciation of the letters by heart.

4. Identifying Letters in Context. This simple but educational game teaches kids to recognize letters as they appear in words. Through the activity, they learn that words are made up of letters.
Every section is designed so children enjoy success time after time and receive positive reinforcement from the likable lady teacher. So they want to keep learning.

Once your child is involved and happy, you can relax, with the assurance that he or she is having a great time – and learning!

• Hey, how did you take the top four spots in the Education section?

Not sure. But, yes, weve been blessed to see our efforts met with acclaim from kids who love our games, parents who get some guilt-free rest while their kids are being both educated and quietly happy. Google noticed our great reviews and then featured and promoted our apps.

• But you must be doing something right?

If we had to guess, it would be four things:

1. We do noting but educational games for young kids – and we love our work.

2. Our games are laser focused. For example, the numbers game doesnt teach letters, and the letters game doesnt teach math. We keep the games simple but magically inviting and nourishing.

3. We dont throw requirements over the fence. Our team works closely together every step of the way. This process is very different from what many game companies do, where one person describes the functions of the game in a long document and emails it to developers. Then a month or so later a game comes back. The result can’t compare with the constant way we go back and forth with each other.

4. We strive for just the right balance between education and fun. So our games don’t feature fun at the expense of education – or education at the expense of fun. We also know games that are too complicated don’t involve and delight kids.

We hope your children enjoy all the fun and education we’ve built into our game of ABCs – and that you’ll enjoy our other kid-friendly games, too.

We invite you to tell us how we’re doing. We love to hear from parents – and, of course, from children, too.
