Metakall Payment System

Metakall enables Android users to make phonecalls from hot-spots operated by a range of WiFi providers around the world - no need for a subscription - you just pay for the WiFi service you need to make the call. This version is part of the Dublin trial, and works only in specific areas of the Trinity College Dublin campus.
