Network Monitor Ping Notifier

NetMon will ping a reachable IP address and notify you via text message when the device can’t be reached and when the device is back online. This works over the 3G and WiFi network with stable signal levels. Only works in portrait layout. Great tool for network admins to help monitor network devices. Version 2 coming soon.
