Party Truth or Dare

The classic truth or dare game with a twist. Form a circle with your friends, the more the better, and choose Truth or Dare. If you win you can have the person to your right answer a question or do a dare. If you lose, then you just made it easier for the person to your right to have you answer a question or do a dare.
