PermReq

This utility shows all installed applications grouped by permissions.
For example, in the READ_CONTACTS section you can see all application allowed to read your AdressBook.
Or using info from INTERNET section you will know applications to block in your firewall (DroidWall or HiSurfing, for example).
Please, dont hesitate to leave your wishes and bug reports.
