Before posting negative comments please:
1. Try pressing the menu button.
2. Send an email with specific details (server, guild, character). Vague comments like I cant see my character wont help me fix bugs and I will do my best to fix problems reported by email as quickly as possible.
3. Check if what youre trying to do is supported on the eq2players.com web site. If Sony dont provide it, this app cant support it and you should direct your complaints to them instead.

What isnt and cant be supported:
* EQ2 Extended server (Freeport) as Sony havent added support for EQ2x to eq2players.com.
* Russian servers (e.g. Barren Sky)
* EQ1 guild chat. Sony dont provide this, nor can I.
* Paperdolls. These havent worked on EQ2Players.com for months.
