Thai cuisine is hot, spicy, sweet and sour. Lemon grass, basil, coconut milk, peanuts, rice, noodles, dry red chilli paste, basil, kaffir lime are main ingredients of the cuisine. I have tried to present here a few thai dishes which are palatable to the Indian taste.
