Home Screen widget displaying what happened today in history, also called "On This Day" or "Today in history". The data is downloaded and parsed from the English Wikipedia, so the widget got no influence on which events are choosen, this only depends on Wikipedia. You can select the style of the widget.

If you got problems with the widget, try removing and readding it.

Keep in mind that this widget depends uppon external data which is not under the control of the programmer. If the widget is unable to load the data, please send me a message before giving a negative score.
