A2DP Volume A2.1 version

This special version is only for Android 2.1 users. Saves Android bluetooth profiles and automatically adjusts the media volume on connect and resets on disconnect. Recent changes:
Added a check to make sure bluetooth is enabled before finding devices. Also added a network listener to be launched when finding a location. This may help devices that don't have satellite GPS (such as Samsung). On Samsung devices, set the GPS listener timeout to the maximum (45s) to help capture a location more often.
