Covered Call Play

While golfing, generate cash and sell covered calls (you own the stock). Assuming an exercise, you compare potential profit to proceeds of a pure stock sale. Look for in the money calls with high premium: If stock drops, premium offsets paper loss; if stock rises, wait for exercise or roll forward.
