Advanced Notifier for Gmail allows you to configure notifications by Contact, Label, or Account. Configure icons, custom ringtones, vibration settings for any Gmail label or any contact in your address book.

Notifications are displayed instantly when new Gmail is received. Does not work for Skip The Inbox labels.
