Clickable Picture Frame LITE

This looks like the default Android picture frame widget, but when you create it you choose a person and contact method. Then you touch the widget to instantly reach them by your chosen method.

Supported contact methods:
- call
- text
- email
- view contact page

WIDGET only, no app to run. To add a widget, long-press on your homescreen.

I think I finally squashed the bug that was keeping this from working on all phones. If you still have trouble creating the widget please let me know!

Recent changes:
Fixed error that was keeping Samsung devices from being able to finish widget creation. (This required SD card write permission to store the cropped image temporarily; this is the only time I'm writing to the SD.)
