EventInterface

EventInterface for Android is for planners and attendees of events managed on EventInterface only. Planners can login and manage EventInterface listed events. Use the Easy Check-In feature to effortlessly check-in your attendees at the door right on your Android device. You can check them in using the scanner feature, scanning their tickets with check-in information being saved to your event account. You can use multiple devices logged into the same account to facilitate checking in at multiple doors or gates. Your check-in information will be saved to your EventInterface account. As an event manager you can also view orders, registration and payment types for your event and drill down to specific names of attendees in case questions arise at the door.

As an event attendee you can use the application to search for events, meetings and conferences managed by EventInterface. You can review detailed event information, see the location, add the event to your calendar, view pictures and even see who else is attending. You can review your purchases, recall the date, time, location and map. Havenít signed up, and want to see who else is going? Use the attendees tab to see who is attending the function; you can even view an abridged version of their profile. The photo function will showcase any pictures connected with the event. Event attendees, sponsors and exhibitors can now scan nametags of attendees at the event using the EventInterface.com registration system and nametags. Scanning nametags will add the attendeeís contact information to your device contacts and your EventInterface account.

Nametag and barcode scanning require a device with camera and best used in well-lit environments.
