HaltDWD is designed to prevent drivers from making/receiving calls and texting. HALTDWD runs in the background of the Android phone detects if the user is moving and takes action to disable the distracting capabilities of the phone. HaltDWD is ideal for parents of teenagers and is analogous to the seat belt for cell phones.
