There are 3 big carrier docomo , au and Soft Bank in Japan that released Android phones.
Those Japanese Android phones ( or 3G tablets only having Emoji fonts.

You can invisible Emoji tabs by preference too.

Support Kaede Plugins and Simeji Plugins.
