NYC Taxi Fare Estimator works based on GOOGLE Map. If any address does not accepting by this Estimator, it means that GOOGLE Map is not accepting your address or you have not updated/refresh your map. It will not work if distance more than 40 miles, according to google.
You have to have internet connection to use it.
