Pl3x Customizable LWP

Pl3x is a customizable live wallpaper, largely based on Googles Nexus LWP code. Some of CMs code has been used (for colors), and then my own code on top to provide custom images for all 3 items (bg, dot, trail), along with size/width controls for the trail.

Note: This uses ROOT to restart the service on settings change!
